Mary Pat Pearson joined the board of Project Foundation, an organization serving and housing homeless youth. "Knowing that twenty youth with no acceptable home-based alternative will now have a place to sleep gives you a real sense of satisfaction at the end of the day," she states emphatically.

The Management Assistance Project helped Mary Pat find the right opportunity for her.
