ADC works with the Minnesota Food Shelf to collect food for local food shelves in a special drive every March. A little bit of effort can help feed thousands. MN FoodShare mobilizes congregations, schools, business and community groups to reach out to the hungry. It collects and distributes food to local food shelves in the metropolitan area for those who cannot stretch their resources to buy sufficient food each month to feed themselves and their families. Volunteers are needed in March to post signs, make appeals to their work groups and help place food bins for collection.
